Kate is the Director of Education at Chimp Management, a consultancy that helps to improve psychological functioning through a neuroscientific perspective of the mind. This approach has been published in the bestselling book The Chimp Paradox by Prof Steve Peters and has supported personal and professional success for individuals and teams in elite sport, health, business and education contexts for more than a decade. Central to the approach is helping individuals to gain insight into how their mind works, and how they are working with and looking after their minds to support psychological health and well-being. She has a PhD in Athlete Burnout at Loughborough University and is a Chartered Sport and Exercise Psychologist. She has worked for Team GB at six Olympic Games, the most recent of which was with the medal winning Dressage team in Rio.
